Delivery process:

 

All orders are delivered by D Express Courier Service. Once your package is prepared for dispatch, you will receive a notification via email. Payment can be made to the courier upon delivery, either in cash or by card.

 

Delivery Costs:

The delivery fee within the Republic of Serbia is 450 RSD for orders under 6,000 RSD. Orders over 6,000 RSD are delivered free of charge to all customers within the Republic of Serbia.

 

Order Process:

• When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes.

• Once the package is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

Delivery Timeframes:

•  Orders placed on business days before 12:00 are shipped the same day, with delivery taking 2–3 business days.

• Orders placed after 12:00 are picked up by the courier service the next day.

• Orders placed over the weekend (from Friday after 12:00 to Monday) are shipped on Monday.
